Accommodating up to eight guests, with space for an infant in a travel cot, the villa features a master bedroom and another bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and dressing areas, while two additional bedrooms share a family bathroom. A separate guest cloakroom adds convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, and two offer spectacular sea views. The master suite includes patio doors to a shaded terrace, a double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin sinks, a bathtub, and a hairdryer. The fourth bedroom also features a double bed, dressing area, patio doors, and an en-suite shower room.
The bright, split-level living area opens onto a large sun terrace with a heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) and a built-in children's pool. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here for my birthday with family, and it was unforgettable. ???? The villa is spotless, the decor is elegant, and the sea views are breathtaking. The staff was super helpful and arranged everything for us, from airport transfers to a private chef for one night. Honestly, if you’re looking for something special, THIS is the place!

Already planning our next visit!
The villa is even better than in the pictures! The location is peaceful but close enough to Puerto del Carmen for restaurants and shopping. The games room was a fun extra, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the welcome pack too-such a nice touch! Definitely coming back next year!!

Perfect for families & groups!
We came here as a group of 6, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were comfy, and the living area was bright and airy. Loved the outdoor dining setup, and the BBQ was a great touch! The kids had so much fun in the pool, and we appreciated that it was gated-felt super safe. Plus, the concierge team was great, helped us book a wine tour in La Geria ????. Amazing experience!!

A dream vacation spot!
We stayed here for a week, and it was just perfect. Super private, spacious, and sooo relaxing. The Jacuzzi at night? Absolute bliss!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious escape.

Paradise found!!!
This villa is something else!!! The sea views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and we spent most of our evenings there with a glass of wine. The garden is HUGE, and the palm trees make it feel like a tropical oasis. The heated pool was perfect, and the kids loved the separate little pool. Honestly, best holiday we've had in ages!!
