Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as a group of six and had the best time! The house is well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool was always warm, and we enjoyed playing table tennis in the games room. The concierge service was a nice touch too! Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Relaxing getaway in Lanzarote
This villa was the ideal spot for a relaxing break. Super spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the sun terrace and how private everything felt. The marina at Puerto Calero was just a few minutes away, perfect for a nice dinner by the water. Highly recommend!

Great villa, great location
We had an amazing stay at this cozy place. The private heated pool was perfect, and the outdoor seating area was great for evening drinks. The villa had everything we needed-comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast WiFi. Puerto del Carmen’s beach and restaurants were just a short drive away. Would definitely book again!

Perfect family holiday!
The holiday home was everything we wanted and more! The location is amazing-so close to the beach and shops, but still peaceful. The villa was spotless, the pool was warm, and we loved having barbecues on the terrace. The kids had a blast in the games room. Already planning our next trip!

The villa is spacious and there is AC is most parts of the villa and external buildings. Pool area is excellent, plenty of sun loungers and chairs to sit in the shade if it gets too hot.It very good holiday location and would not hesitate to visit again.

We have just returned after an 8 day stay at this property. It is exactly as advertised. Booking via Caroline was extremely simple to do and he also assisted with transfers to and from the airport. The villa is modern, clean, well equipped and extremely spacious. Heated Pool!

Amazing villa
We were very happy with the great and prompt service from the Mirabel both when we enquired about the property and booked it.
We were pleased when we arrived at the villa to see it met all our expectations and was both very clean and well appointed. The pool area and garden were fabulous for a peaceful get away and relaxing week. The pool was a fantastic temp too!
Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great Location. I highly recommend
