Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were ten adults and honestly never felt cramped. The house is spread out in a way that gives everyone their corner, whether it’s the suite upstairs, the twin rooms or the quieter spaces near the lounge. Mornings usually started with coffee around the pool, then some of us used the gym while others prepared breakfast in the big kitchen. One day the agency helped us book a table in the Old Town, and their suggestion was spot on. Evenings were often spent under the pergola with the barbecue going, and the hot tub became the final stop before bed. The location was perfect for quick walks to the marina or the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great villa with tons of space and plenty to do
We booked a full week for a family gathering and were surprised how big and practical the villa felt with ten people. The heated pool is massive and we used it every morning. Afternoons usually turned into table tennis or someone trying the tennis court while others stayed in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything for big meals and the long dining table made dinners feel special. Bedrooms were quiet and having so many bathrooms kept everything easy. We walked to Playa Grande twice and the route was really simple. Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable setup.

Great place for a big group stay
We were ten people and the house never felt crowded. Everyone loved the huge pool and the pergola where we ended most evenings. The rooms were comfy, loads of bathrooms, and the location made it easy to walk into the Old Town for dinner. Really solid choice for a larger group.

Exclusive Tranquility
Our stay at the villa was an exclusive retreat into tranquility. The villa's amenities, including the full-size tennis court and sauna, provided entertainment and relaxation. The spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offered comfort and privacy. The al fresco dining area and barbecue made evenings delightful. A centrally located oasis with panoramic views, perfect for a serene and exclusive getaway.

The Perfect villa
I can't recommend this villa highly enough, I have been twice and plan to go again. This retreat is a very nicely furnished, spacious villa and has fantastic amenities, the pool is large and the outside area is fantastic for dining and relaxing. The villa is perfectly located its' very private but only a walk away to the old port which has a nice selection of restaurants.
the villa is also perfect if you have children, the owner is very helpful and ensures you have everything needed for the children over and above the standard cot and highchair, she put in stair gates, black out blinds, blenders, walkers, travel cots, little chairs and tables. Changing table. We really couldn't have asked for anymore.

Amazing villa !!
I had an amazing holiday at this elegant home with my family in June. The accommodation was well maintained, spotless, and beautifully presented. The outdoor grounds, including the tennis court and pool area, were impeccably kept and offered magnificent sea views. The location was ideal-within walking distance to a supermarket and small shopping complex, as well as the harbour and old town with its many restaurants. Catalina was also extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent villa in a good location
We had a great time at this spacious villa with fantastic outdoor areas. We made full use of the large pool and enjoyed several games of table tennis and pool. The tennis court was an added bonus. The property was very clean, with attentive cleaners and daily maintenance. Catalina looked after us wonderfully before and during our stay, and we are extremely grateful to her for making our holiday so enjoyable-nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from local supermarkets, bars, and restaurants (we visited the Purple Turtle daily). The harbour is about a 5-minute walk downhill, and the beach is roughly 10 minutes away, perfect for a stroll along the promenade. We would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a luxurious and fun stay-my mum even felt like a film star with the glamorous setting!

The perfect villa for a great family holiday
We absolutely loved our stay at this luxury retreat, there was plenty of space for us to all do our own thing and it was lovely and private. There was always help on hand from the hotel staff if we needed it and we would definitely go back again.
