Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the this cozy place. It was wonderful to work with Sue leading up to our arrival, and she arranged a personal shuttle pick-up and drop-off for us as well. Everything went very smoothly and the villa was even more lovely than in the photo's. Everything was top-notch and the kitchen was fully equipped to great standards. I highly recommend this property, and was impressed with Sue's prompt attention to our questions and needs.

Great Holiday
My holiday this getaway, Peurto del Carmen, Lanzarote I spent a wonderful relaxing holiday at this getaway at the end of June. A beautiful villa with everything you could possibly wish for. Puerto del Carmen and the surrounding areas were amazing. I absolutely recommend it to anyone wishing for a relaxing, peaceful, holiday with a good helping of luxury and the most beautiful views.

Fantastic villa
Fantastic villa in an ideal location. Spectacular views and very well appointed. We spent a week there in February and enjoyed it so much we booked it again for October. Simple booking procedure and very helpful local assistant. We also used the transfer service as recommended and could not fault it. Lovely warm pool and very useful supermarket next door. What more do you need.
