Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We loved our stay at the accommodation! It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. The outdoor area was perfect for lounging, and the BBQ was great for evening meals. Having fast WiFi and satellite TV was a bonus. A short drive took us to Playa Grande, and we also visited Timanfaya National Park. Would definitely book again!

Luxurious and Well-Located
This holiday spot exceeded our expectations! The spacious layout, modern amenities, and private outdoor space made it the perfect holiday home. The heated pool was great for a dip after exploring Lanzarote. The location was ideal-quiet and private but just minutes from Puerto del Carmen’s restaurants and beaches. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Stay - Perfect for Families!
We had an amazing week at the stay! The private heated pool was a highlight, and our kids loved the table tennis in the recreation room. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and in a peaceful location, yet close to shops and the beach. We especially enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evenings. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

The Perfect this elegant home
There are 6 reasons why this villa is ideal for a family holiday. 1) The position is perfect - when you relax on the sun beds, or play pool on the terrace, you're experiencing the best of the warm weather. The heated pool is a pleasure to dip into - not like some villa pools which are icy even in warm weather. 2) The host has been great to deal with giving us recommendations to fantastic restaurants and day trips - couldn't have done more for us. 3) the villa is very large, which shows what great value it is, more than enough room for 2 families in comfort, plenty of space to relax in, and it's actually very quiet too. 4) The locality is fab - there are so many great restaurants only a short walk away - we've eaten fillet steak, drunk amazing wines and met some really friendly owners who have made our evenings. 5) the villa is beautifully clean, which shows that the agent has the organisational side completely sorted which gives you more confidence and makes you want to come back! 6) Connections - the wifi is brilliant - so if you want to keep in touch, or do some online shopping, you can (however you don't need to as the shopping centre at Puerto del Carmen is amazing!). In summary, this villa is a luxury haven, in a beautiful place with lovely views of the sea, the mountains and guarantees a superb holiday. We will be back again and again - as long as it's available!

Brilliant - cannot wait to go back
We hired this villa to entertain 6 of us.
The kitchen was full of everything you could want to prepare meals and entertain including a second fridge for the drinks in the utility room. It was all very clean, including the pool which was a great temperature.
The location was also fabulous with great views and we love Puerto del Carmen. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much
