The villa boasts a spacious outdoor area, ideal for sunbathing and unwinding in the warm Canarian sunshine. A pergola wraps around three sides of the house, creating shaded spaces for alfresco dining while still allowing for distant sea views. Close to the pool, a large brick-built barbecue provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals and relaxed social gatherings. A few steps down from the gated pergola lead to the pool terrace, where a private swimming pool with Roman steps and a handrail offers easy and comfortable access.
Inside, the lounge is bright and welcoming, furnished to a high standard and filled with natural light thanks to large windows. Double sliding doors lead into a separate dining area overlooking the front garden. Aluminium shutters are fitted throughout the villa, providing extra shade, comfort, and privacy.
The contemporary kitchen features a raised apex ceiling that enhances the sense of space and light and is fully equipped with modern appliances. Additional practical areas include a shower room with WC, ideal after a day at the beach, and a separate laundry room with washing machine, sink, and storage, accessible both from inside the villa and directly from the garden.
The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms, both enjoying views over the pool area and sharing family bathroom facilities. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and are comfortably furnished for a relaxing stay.
There are three bathrooms in total, including the en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, a family bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, and an additional family shower room with WC.
The private swimming pool measures 8.0 metres in length and 3.9 metres in width, with a shallow end depth of 1.1 metres and a deep end of 1.7 metres, making it suitable for both relaxed swimming and family use.
The villa enjoys a highly convenient location within walking distance of many local amenities. Restaurants can be reached in around 7 minutes on foot, with a diving centre and spa just a short stroll further. A supermarket is approximately 10 minutes away, while the beach is around a 12-minute walk. Puerto Calero Harbour, known for its marina, waterfront dining, and relaxed atmosphere, is about 17 minutes away on foot. Puerto del Carmen is only a short drive away, offering a lively selection of beaches, shops, and nightlife.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place for a small family gathering and it turned out better than expected. The living room was bright and comfortable, but we spent most of the time outside - the terrace wraps around almost the whole villa, so there was always a place to sit depending on the breeze. The pool area is private and the Roman steps were perfect for my parents, who don’t like climbing in and out. We loved cooking in the big kitchen, and the outdoor dining setup made every meal feel like a holiday moment. The agency arranged a welcome pack for us, which saved us a supermarket run after the flight. Excellent location too: quick drive to beaches, wineries, and the marina for evening walks.

Loved the layout and the views
We came as a group of friends and honestly didn’t expect the outdoor space to be this good. Plenty of shade, plenty of sun, and the barbecue area became our spot every evening. Rooms were bright, loads of storage, and the kitchen made cooking super easy. Also appreciated the laundry room after beach days at Puerto del Carmen.

Calm mornings by the pool
We stayed here as a family of 8 and loved how peaceful the place felt from day one. Most mornings we had breakfast under the pergola, just watching the light hit the ocean. The pool was spotless and warm enough for long swims. Easy walk to the marina for coffee. Would happily return.

A great well appointed spacious villa for relaxing.
If you want a relaxing place to stay with views and space - this was hard to beat. It's a lovely villa with all mod-cons as well as a superb private pool outside - a real sun-trap. Everything was clean, BBQ was a dream.

What a wonderful place
The accommodation was terrific and the location was great as well. We spent a lot of time in the pool and out and about in restaurants near by. I must apologize to Mirabel about the lateness of our review. I thought my husband wrote one and she thought I did the same. You guys are fantastic!

Super villa with everything you would want and more!

Great location and spacious villa
Villa itself is spacious and well fitted out with TVs + DVD player. Reasonably high-speed Wi-Fi was offered for free. The villa is extremely well-located.
