The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master double bedroom with en-suite jacuzzi, and a mix of twin bedrooms, providing flexible accommodation for families or groups. All bedrooms and main living areas are air-conditioned for year-round comfort.
Spread across two floors, the villa includes a large lounge and dining area with comfortable furnishings and entertainment options including satellite TV, DVD player, and CD system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and coffee machine, complemented by a separate utility room with washing and laundry facilities. A games room on the lower ground floor with a pool table offers additional entertainment, alongside direct access to a shared shower room for two of the bedrooms.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large raised and covered terrace for shaded relaxation, as well as an 8 x 4 m private swimming pool with roman steps, which can be heated during the winter months (small extra charge may apply). Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Villa was ideal as had 2 floors, so our friends could have a floor to themselves without getting disturbed by the children. Had everything we needed. Had several meals in but also ate out in the old town of puerto del carmen, which was about a 10-15 min walk. Most of the time we got a taxi back as had little children and walking back uphill was sometimes a bit of a struggle. Lovely villa though and would definitely recommend.
