Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an absolutely amazing time at Padraig’s villa. Very family friendly surroundings and pool was great for the kids. There were 11 of us and loads of room. A walk to lidl and the strip was only about 10/15 mins. It was our very own oasis to distress and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote weather. Thanks to Padraig for working with us during a very unstable time in respect of payments and cancellations. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back with my family again.

Brilliant Family villa
Visited the villa in October. We were not disappointed. Welcome pack on arrival after late flight was very much appreciated. Only a 15 minute walk into Old Town where there were lovely Tapas restaurants. Taxi back approximately 9 to 10 Euros. Would highly recommend this villa for large family holidays. It has everything you need.

this villa is all you would ever need for large family... or groups of friends its roomy spotless clean has aircon and a large pool to suit all ages the pool area is is amazing plenty room to sunbath or just chill out under the shade you wont find a better villa on island // its so good me and my friends are back next year for a third visit
