Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travelled with our 4-year-old and 6-year-old and found the house super practical. The washer/dryer came in handy, and having two twin bedrooms made bedtime simple. The area is quiet, safe, and still close enough to walk to Tolo’s or the beach promenade. The outdoor shower was great after sandy afternoons. Felt like a home rather than a rental, which we really appreciated.

Loved the peaceful vibe but still close to everything
Spent a week here with another couple and we were all pleasantly surprised. The villa feels bright and fresh, and the garden gave us plenty of privacy for lazy afternoons. We often walked to the port area for dinner and took a drive to Formentor one day. Enjoyed using the grill and the covered terrace on the nights we stayed in. The shared tennis court was a fun bonus. Very comfortable stay, nothing to complain about.

Perfect for a simple family break
We didn’t need anything fancy and this place fit just right. Clean, modern bathrooms and a kitchen that made cooking easy. Kids used the shared tennis court every morning. Easy walk to a couple of restaurants too.

Great little villa in a quiet spot
Stayed here for a week with the kids and it was super chilled. Pool was warm enough and the garden felt private. Loved that we could walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. Rooms were comfy and AC worked fine.
