The accommodation is arranged over three levels and is designed to allow indoor and outdoor living to flow naturally. On the ground floor, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the spacious living room with natural light. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the covered terrace and garden. The sitting area includes a comfortable lounge sofa and a large flat-screen satellite TV. A modern wooden dining table with seating for eight is positioned next to the kitchen.
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker and toaster. A breakfast bar with four stools is ideal for casual meals or drinks while cooking. The kitchen opens onto both the covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a terrace at the front of the villa.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), sliding glass doors to the terrace and garden, and an en-suite bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony that leads to a shared terrace with views over the surrounding area. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and a bathtub with shower above.
The basement level features a games room equipped with a sofa, satellite TV, table tennis and billiards, providing an additional indoor leisure space. A washing machine is also available on this level.
Outside, the villa is set within a spacious enclosed garden with a generous lawn and a combination of open and covered terraces. At the front of the property there is a covered terrace with table, chairs and a portable barbecue. To the rear, a large covered terrace offers another dining area and a comfortable outdoor lounge sofa.
The private saltwater swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres by 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.00 to 1.80 metres and an easy entry. An outdoor shower is available, and the surrounding wooden sun terrace is furnished with eight sunbeds and a parasol. Bath towels are provided. Parking is available on site.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The layout allowed people to separate naturally without feeling disconnected. The covered terraces were used constantly, meals, reading, late talks. The pool area stayed private and calm even with eight people around. Communication before arrival was clear and useful, especially regarding timing and access. After a few days, nobody talked about plans anymore, we just followed whatever felt right that day. That’s usually the sign a place works.

Different days, same feeling of comfort
We spent a full week here...Some mornings started early with coffee outside, other days we barely left the house. The pool depth worked well for everyone and the saltwater felt nicer than expected. Bedrooms upstairs had balconies, which people used at different times just to sit and breathe. One afternoon we asked for help arranging a grocery stop before arrival and it made the first evening much easier. The house felt modern but not cold, very practical for real family life without feeling staged.

The games room saved our evenings
We came as a family group and didn’t expect to use the lower floor that much, but it ended up being a big win. Kids played downstairs, adults stayed upstairs talking. The pool area stayed peaceful and clean. We cooked most days and the kitchen layout made it social without being crowded. The area was quiet, which we really liked.

We slept better than at home
We stayed here with our kids and the house felt calm from day one. Evenings were quiet, mornings slow, nobody rushing anywhere. The garden and pool were used every day, usually after lunch.
