This spacious holiday villa is located in Cala d’Or and enjoys a highly convenient setting within walking distance of sandy coves, shops and restaurants. Cala Esmeralda is approximately 250 metres away, Cala Gran around 600 metres away, and the pedestrian centre of Cala d’Or can be reached in about 700 metres. The area offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars with live music, boutiques and everyday amenities, making the property ideal for guests who prefer not to rely on a car.
The accommodation is arranged over two independent floors and offers comfortable space for up to 12 guests. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living and dining area with an open kitchen. This space has direct access to the pool and barbecue area via a side door and includes a dining table with a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is well equipped and also opens onto the outdoor areas.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds pushed together. All three bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and direct access to the exterior.
An external staircase from the garden leads to the upper floor. Here, guests will find three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and features two single beds pushed together and an open, integrated bathroom. From the circular area where the bathtub is located, there are partial sea views. The remaining two bedrooms on this level are also fitted with two single beds pushed together and each has its own en-suite shower room. A terrace on this level offers partial sea views.
Outside, the villa features a lawned front garden with a driveway providing parking for two cars. The pool area is located at the rear of the property and offers privacy and space for relaxation. The swimming pool has an original shape with Roman steps and measures approximately 7.5 metres by 4.7 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.70 metres to 1.50 metres. Close to the kitchen and pool there is a covered outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco meals. Two portable barbecues are available, including a Weber barbecue and a gas barbecue. At the far end of the pool, a pergola provides a comfortable chill-out area. A utility room with a washing machine is also available.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
It felt easy from day one, and that rarely happens
From arrival everything felt straightforward. Clear instructions, no confusion, and we settled in fast. The layout made sharing simple, separate floors, direct outdoor access from rooms, and enough common space without forcing everyone together. Days unfolded naturally, beach walks, lazy lunches, swims, reading under the pergola. Evenings were either BBQs at home or short walks into town. Having all bedrooms en-suite made a bigger difference than we expected. By the end, everyone agreed the house didn’t just host the trip, it shaped it in a good way.

Outstanding
What can I say having just returned home from our stay in this property.. Outstanding.. our group of 8 had a truly memorable holiday.. This villa had everything and more we could have asked for.. From watching the sunrise and sunsets on the magnificent roof terrace looking out over the Mediterranean Sea and spending quality time with friends and family. The description of this property does not do it justice.. One of the few properties that we stayed in that you do not need to hire a car. Cala D’Or local restaurants is easily reached within a few minutes walk. As well as fabulous Cala Esmeralda beach…. Truly memorable holiday

Our group had high expectations about the villa
We stayed a week and quickly fell into a rhythm. Some mornings people walked to Cala Esmeralda before breakfast, others stayed back and used the pool. The kitchen and dining area were great for big meals and long talks. Upstairs felt calmer, especially the large bedroom with the bath and sea glimpse. Pool depth worked well for everyone and the shaded dining spot got used daily. We asked for a few local suggestions before arriving and that helped us avoid touristy places. The house handled twelve people without ever feeling loud or crowded.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family. The place is perfectly located and very well equipped; everything we needed was available. The pool is nice and cleaned every morning. The house itself is amazing, just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful beach. Note that you'll need to bring soap and toilet paper, as these are not provided, but this is clearly mentioned in the description. Highly recommend this place.

Everyone had their own space, which mattered a lot
We were a full group and the setup worked better than expected. Each bedroom having its own bathroom changed the whole vibe, no waiting, no stress. The split floors helped too, early risers didn’t wake everyone else. We spent most evenings outside eating together, then drifting off in smaller groups.

We didn’t even bother renting a car
We stayed here with friends and everything felt close enough to walk. Beach runs, coffee stops, late dinners, all easy. The house itself was comfortable and practical, with good separation between rooms. Pool area stayed quiet and private, perfect for slow afternoons when nobody wanted to rush anywhere.
