Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed a full week, just me, my partner and another couple. Everyone had their own corner to relax in. Even on lazier days we didn’t get bored-between the pool, the loungers, the shaded chairs and that crazy nice view, time flew. We tried Alma one night (walkable) and it was really good. Booking with the agency was straightforward and they sent us a few tips that turned out useful, especially for nearby beaches.

Perfect choice for our group
A bunch of us came to celebrate a small birthday and the house basically became our home base. Ping-pong tournaments happened daily, and we used the Bose system way more than expected. I worked a couple of hours one morning and the Wi-Fi held up great. Loved how cool the place stayed even when it got hot outside. Took taxis to Santa Ponsa for dinner a few nights and it was super easy.

Loved every single day here
My parents joined us on this trip, so we wanted something calm but still close to shops. Turned out ideal. We cooked most evenings because the kitchen was super easy to use, then sat outside watching the lights over the sea. The whirlpool tubs were a hit with my mum. The team also checked in to see if we needed anything, nothing intrusive, just helpful. Short walk to two little bays that became our daily routine.

Exactly the holiday we hoped for
We were four couples and the layout couldn’t have worked better. Everyone having their own bathroom meant zero waiting around. Spent most afternoons in the infinity pool and then moved to the wellness terrace for a slow drink before dinner. Agency helped us sort a rental car last minute after ours got cancelled, and honestly that saved the day. Beaches nearby are small but beautiful, and walking back up wasn’t too bad even in the heat.
