This spacious holiday villa is located in Port de Pollença and enjoys a highly sought-after position within easy walking distance of the seafront, restaurants and local amenities. The nearest restaurant is approximately 200 metres away, with a minimarket around 800 metres from the property. The seafront is just 150 metres away, and the sandy beach of Llenaire can be reached in around 450 metres, forming part of a long, family-friendly bay.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors and offers comfortable space for up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite facilities. The ground floor features an entrance hallway leading into a bright living room equipped with TV, DVD and WiFi. French doors open onto a covered terrace with steps leading down to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, two microwaves, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer, and has direct access to the exterior. A separate dining area is also located on this level.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, a Juliette balcony and an en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional separate shower room.
A galleried landing with a picture window leads to the first floor. The principal bedroom features a four-poster double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and access to a shared terrace. Another double bedroom with air conditioning has an en-suite shower room and also opens onto the shared terrace. There are two twin bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional twin bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite shower room.
The sleeping layout accommodates 12 guests as follows: three bedrooms with double beds and three bedrooms with two single beds each.
Outside, the villa offers enclosed grounds and a generous outdoor area designed for relaxation and family use. There is a raised, covered front terrace with seating and dining space, a sun terrace, and a covered built-in barbecue area equipped with a sink, fridge and dining table with refectory-style bench seating. A cloakroom and poolside shower are also available. Table tennis is provided for additional entertainment.
The private swimming pool is attractively shaped and measures approximately 12 metres by 5 metres, with wide Roman steps to one side, making access easier for children and less confident swimmers. Gated private parking is available within the property for three to four cars.
Port de Pollença is well known for its relaxed atmosphere, long pine-lined promenade and excellent facilities. The area offers a weekly market, a wide choice of restaurants, water sports, cycling and walking routes, as well as easy access to beaches such as Playa del Port de Pollença, Playa de Can Cullerassa and Playa de Muro. Golf courses, nature reserves and scenic drives through the Tramuntana mountains can also be enjoyed nearby. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately a 48-minute drive away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

This was definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in. As a family of 12 we had so much space and the outside area was absolutely wonderful especially for the children who played in the pool virtually all day every day. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a large property to book for their holiday

What a lovely villa
We chose this villa because we needed space, walkability and something that wouldn’t feel fragile with kids around. It delivered all three. Some mornings started early with cycling along the promenade, others were slow with breakfast outside. Having the beach so close meant people came and went freely without coordination. Pool time, showers, downtime, everything flowed without tension. The shared terrace upstairs became a quiet evening spot for some, while others stayed near the BBQ and table tennis. Arrival info was clear and helpful, which made the first day easy. By the end of the stay, it felt less like managing a group and more like everyone naturally fitting into the same holiday pace.

Days felt full, but never busy
We stayed a full week and quickly found our own rhythm. Early risers walked down to the bay, others stayed back with coffee on the terrace. The pool became a meeting point later in the day, especially with the easy steps for kids. Bedrooms upstairs stayed quiet at night, even with a full house. We cooked most meals and the outdoor BBQ area was used more than expected. One afternoon we asked for ideas nearby and ended up discovering places we wouldn’t have picked ourselves. The house felt solid and practical, built for real groups, not just photos.

It handled twelve people better than expected
We came as a mixed group and thought it might feel chaotic, but it didn’t. Rooms were well spread out and everyone had their own bathroom, which honestly saved the mood. Kitchen worked well even when a few people were moving around. Evenings were long dinners outside, kids playing table tennis, no rush to go anywhere.

We barely checked the schedule once
We stayed here as a big family and the location changed how the days felt. Morning walks by the seafront, quick swims, then back without planning anything. The house was roomy and calm, no fighting over bathrooms. Pool time happened naturally, usually late afternoon, while others sat outside talking.

We have enjoyed our week here
We have enjoyed our week here. The size of the villa was a bit overwhelming at first but we soon adapted to our palatial surroundings. Our favourite outing was to the beach at Formentor, crowded but lovely! We would also recommend the Puig de Maria walk from Pollensa. Wonderful views from the Monastery. Also great views from the top of the Calvery Steps. We have visited local restaurant on several occasions - very good.

We have greatly appreciated our stay in this very beautiful house. It is very comfortable and pleasant in the town. The proximity of the beach is a plus. We have taken advantage of some beautiful walks: Formentos, Cala Figuera, Cala Boquer, Talaia de Alcudia, Palma. Breathtaking landscapes!
