Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as a mixed group of friends and found the villa super comfortable for hanging out without getting in each other’s way. Some evenings we grilled on the barbecue and stayed outside until late because the breeze was perfect. The living room opening straight to the terrace made it feel like one big space. We also tried a little walk along the coast path near the rocks and the scenery was beautiful. Booking was smooth and we appreciated the welcome pack on arrival after a long travel day.

Great family holiday by the water
Stayed here with two families and the setup worked so well. The kids were constantly between the pool and the terrace while we kept an eye on them from the shaded outdoor seating. The master bedroom’s sea-view terrace was a favourite spot for early mornings. We used the laundry room a lot after beach days at Cala Egos. I asked the agency to help arrange a table for a birthday dinner in town and they sorted it quickly, which made things easier.

Perfect for a group who wants space
Our group of twelve adults had plenty of room, which isn’t always the case in holiday villas. The two living areas helped a lot - some stayed downstairs reading while others chatted by the pool. The direct sea access was pretty special; we’d climb down in the late afternoon when the water was calm. Bedrooms upstairs were quiet and the terraces had lovely views. We walked to Cala d’Or Marina one evening and it only took about 20 minutes.

Amazing spot for a relaxed week
We spent a full week here with our big family group and loved how easy everything felt. Mornings were usually coffee on the terrace watching the sea, and afternoons around the pool while the kids went down to the rocks for a quick swim. The kitchen was simple to use and the outdoor dining area became our go-to place for dinners. The agency sent us a few local tips before arrival and those really helped us find some great restaurants around Cala Egos.

This elegant home is a coastal paradise in Cala D'or. We were captivated by the seafront location and the direct access to the sea from the rocks. The villa's decor with natural shades and bright artwork felt inviting. The open living space was perfect for relaxation, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The master bedroom offered breathtaking sea views. The pool area was our favorite spot, and the outdoor terrace was great for dining. An idyllic location for a memorable holiday. Highly recommended!
