Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of friends looking for somewhere quiet and this place nailed it. The mornings were spent drinking coffee on the terrace, listening to nothing but birds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were really comfy, each with AC. One afternoon we walked to Son Brull for lunch and it was such a treat. The heated pool was worth it since we came early in the season. Felt like a proper break from everything.

Perfect mix of rustic charm and comfort
Stayed here with my parents and siblings and honestly loved it. The main house had that cosy finca feel, but everything was modern and easy to use. My parents stayed in the guest house and enjoyed having their own little space with the kitchenette. We had a couple of BBQ nights under the terrace, and days were split between the pool and quick drives into Pollensa old town. The agency arranged a pool fence for us which was super helpful with our toddler.

Lovely countryside break
Spent a relaxing week here with my partner and another couple. The views of the Tramuntana were amazing every morning. Pool area was super chilled and the guest house was perfect for a bit of privacy.
