Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at this home. The villa is modern and spacious, perfect for our group of friends. The pool and garden area is a great place to unwind. We made use of the barbecue and loved having meals on the covered terrace. The property was just as described, and the booking process was smooth. This retreat was a wonderful choice for our vacation. The villa is bright and airy, and the open living space is inviting. Our stay at the place was fantastic. The location is great, with Cala Egos beach just a short walk away and shops and restaurants within walking distance. The villa is modern and well-furnished. The pool area is lovely, and we enjoyed many meals on the covered terrace. The property manager was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely consider coming back in the future.
