Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I worked remotely for a couple of mornings and the Wi-Fi was strong enough with no issues at all. The rest of the time we explored around, including a short trip to Vallgornera which was unexpected and fun. Evenings by the pool were the highlight, sitting outside talking until late. The whole place had a slow, relaxing feel that made the trip really memorable.

Smooth booking and a comfy stay
Booked this villa last minute and the agency made everything simple. They even sent a few tips for restaurants and small local spots we wouldn’t have found alone. The house itself was clean and straightforward, nothing complicated. We spent most afternoons in the pool and ended each night on the balcony with a drink. A very easy, stress-free holiday for all of us.

Relaxed place that worked well for mixed group
Our group included friends and a small family, and everyone felt good here. The baby cot helped a lot. We walked down to Cala Pi twice and the water was amazingly clear. One evening we ordered food and ate on the shaded terrace while the breeze came in from the coast. Super chilled vibe overall and a place where you unwind fast without trying.

Pretty villa for a calm holiday
We were 8 people and all had plenty of room, which made the stay super comfy. Mornings were spent having breakfast outside and then choosing between the pool or Cala Pi beach. One windy day we just chilled in the living room with music and snacks, which ended up being really nice. The area is quiet without crowds or traffic noise, so it felt like a real break from everything.

Great chill spot for a week away
