Adjacent to the living area, the dining space seats four guests indoors and opens onto the covered terrace, where a larger table provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and a portable barbecue, enabling effortless cooking and dining with the sea as your backdrop.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We used the villa as a base to explore Cala d’Or and surroundings. Mornings were usually spent at the pool, and afternoons we’d head to Cala Egos or into the marina for dinner. The bedrooms were comfortable and the showers had surprisingly good pressure. The kitchen made breakfasts simple, and having direct access to the sea was a big plus. The booking process with the agency was smooth and quick, probably the easiest we’ve had so far.

Peaceful holiday near Cala d'Or
We stayed here as a small group and loved how easy everything felt. The villa being on one floor was great since we had a toddler running around, and the pool area had plenty of shade in the afternoons. One day we walked to Cala Ferrera and the water there was perfect. The agency helped us with a car rental before arrival, which saved us time. Evenings on the terrace with the sea breeze were honestly our favorite part of the whole trip.

Great spot for families
Went with our kids and the one-level layout made everything easier. The pool was warm enough and we used the outdoor shower a lot after swimming in the sea. Easy walk to Cala Egos for snacks. Good stay overall.
