Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
All finished to the highest standard but simple, not flashy. Just the way I like it. Designed in a stylish rustic chic. The layout, was fab with all of the different areas to sit in, places to do yoga, or chill or jump in the pool. Lovely garden full of fruit trees. Wonderful to be able to walk into town every night for dinner.

Amazing family stay
Villa was so lovely. Close to town. So much space for our boys (age 3 and 5) to run around. Pool was perfect. Iris was extremely helpful with any recommendations or issues we had. We would definitely come back. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Loved being close to Pollensa
My parents joined us on this trip, so the downstairs bedroom with garden access worked great for them. The rest of us used the upstairs rooms and they were all bright and well kept. The kitchen had everything-we cooked breakfasts and did a BBQ one night. Kids used the snug to play PlayStation when it got too hot outside. We’d walk into town most evenings and grab a drink in the square. Really comfortable home with lots of space.

Relaxing villa with great outdoor areas
We stayed here as two families and the house fit us perfectly. The kids lived in the play area and used the little slide every day, while we spent most afternoons on the elevated deck looking at the mountains. The walk into town was short, so we’d head out for dinner instead of cooking. The agency helped us with a transfer from the airport and checked in before we arrived, which made everything easy. A really peaceful spot for a week away.

Lovely family break

Great stay in a quiet spot
We stayed here with our kids and really liked how calm the whole area was. Walking to Pollensa in the evenings took us maybe 10 min. The shallow part of the pool was perfect for the little ones and the outdoor space felt really safe.
