With underfloor heating and ceiling fans, the house remains comfortable throughout the year. Two baby cots and a high chair are available for families travelling with infants.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent a long weekend here and honestly the views alone were worth it. Pool was spotless and the garden felt like a tiny jungle. Slept so well with the breeze at night.

A week that flew by way too fast
Our group of friends had been looking for a countryside place where we could completely switch off, and this finca was exactly that. Huge pool, loads of sunbeds, plenty of shade for the ones who burn fast. We used the outdoor kitchen almost every day and even did a small BBQ night. The house is super spacious and the design details make it feel a bit boutique. Also loved the soft lighting outside in the evenings - made it hard to go inside. Really hope to come back next year.

Stunning setting and loads of room
We came for a small birthday celebration and it was such a good choice. The living room is massive and great for hanging out in the evenings. Beds were super comfy and the en-suite bathrooms made mornings painless. Honestly, the view from the garden feels like you’re looking at a painting. We tried one of the nearby restaurants in Manacor thanks to the agency’s recommendation and it was spot on. Quiet nights, bright days, couldn’t ask for more.

Probably the most relaxing trip we’ve had in years
Stayed a full week to switch off from work and this place did the job. The whole property is huge, so we never felt on top of each other. I used the volleyball court more than expected and we ended up playing little matches before dinner. Sitting outside watching the colours change over the mountains was something we never got tired of. We went to Cala Antena twice and it was an easy drive. Also appreciated the clear instructions and quick replies from the agent when we asked about the pool heating settings.

A place that really feels like a getaway
We were two families travelling together and this finca gave us all the space we needed. The waterbeds were surprisingly comfy and everyone loved the outdoor showers after a dip in the pool. The summer kitchen became our favourite spot - we cooked there almost every night because the breeze was perfect and the view over the hills was unreal. The agency team checked in before arrival and sent us a list of nearby beaches, which saved us a lot of planning. Evenings under the lights in the garden felt like a little movie.
