The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, fridge/freezer, and electric coffee machine. A guest bathroom and separate toilet complete the ground-floor amenities.
Two stylish bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and direct access to the terrace. These rooms share a large bathroom with a double-sized shower. Upstairs, the master suite features a spectacular four-poster bed, a private dressing room, terrace access, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and additional terrace access. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of eight settled in quickly. The open living room made it easy for everyone to hang out, and we used the chill-out corner by the pool almost every afternoon. The upstairs master suite was a favourite thanks to the big terrace and quiet mornings with sea views. We also appreciated the outdoor shower after coming back from Cala d'Or beach. Booking was smooth and the host shared a few helpful tips about nearby coves that were worth exploring.

Lovely stay in Cala d'Or
The house worked really well for us as a mixed group. The two ground-floor rooms opening to the terrace were super handy for early risers, and we had breakfast outside most mornings. The place felt private even though shops and restaurants were close enough to walk to, which made everything easier.

Amazing week with direct beach access
We chose this villa mainly for the location and it exceeded expectations. With three generations travelling together, having spacious bedrooms, several terraces, and a big shaded area meant everyone had their own space. Most evenings we grilled outside and watched the light over the water change. The kids used the pool nonstop, while a few of us preferred the short walk down to the beach. We also arranged a rental car through the agency, which made visiting Mondragó Park and the marina super easy. The whole stay felt relaxed from start to finish.

Great spot by the sea
