The interior is beautifully presented with a fresh, modern décor, cooling parquet floors and abundant natural light. All rooms are arranged around a covered interior terrace, connected through large glass patio doors that create a seamless blend between indoor and outdoor living-an ideal feature for Mallorcan summer days.
Upon entering through a private courtyard, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway. To one side sits a twin bedroom with double-aspect windows, and next to it a shower room that conveniently leads into a fully equipped laundry room with a second fridge-freezer, perfect for larger groups. On the opposite side, the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen overlook the terraces and pool, offering a relaxing hub for social time. The lounge features comfortable sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and air conditioning, all with fantastic pool views.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday with an extra-large electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and high-quality appliances. A dining table sits next to the American-style breakfast bar, while additional dining can be enjoyed on the covered interior terrace, providing a wonderful ambience throughout the warmer months. From the lounge, you access the impressive master bedroom with huge patio doors opening to the pool area, a dressing room, fitted wardrobes and a private en-suite shower room.
A corridor with large patio doors looking out to the interior terrace leads to the remaining bedrooms. Here you will find a spacious family bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, double basins and ample storage. Three further bedrooms complete this wing: a twin bedroom and a double bedroom that can function independently or be combined via a sliding door to create a family suite, and another double bedroom at the end of the corridor. All bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. From this area, guests have direct access to the central terrace, the pool and the garden.
Outside, the villa provides a fantastic private pool with Roman steps-ideal for children-surrounded by generous terraced areas perfect for sunbathing. Sun beds and beach towels are provided for your convenience. A separate outdoor dining area sits on the far side of the pool, offering a lovely setting for relaxed summer evenings, and a small lawned area brings additional charm to the exterior spaces. Private parking for two cars is available, though the property's prime location means a car is not strictly necessary.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with friends to celebrate a birthday and the villa had such a chilled vibe. Lots of space inside and outside, and we loved hanging out on the covered terrace late into the evening. Pool area is great, with plenty of loungers. We walked to Ca’n Josep one night-highly recommend. The agency was responsive whenever we had a question, especially about late check-out. Would happily come back.

Ideal for two families traveling together
We spent a week here with another family (10 of us total) and the space worked perfectly. The layout with rooms around the terrace made it super easy for the kids to run in and out safely. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having that second fridge was a big plus. Walks to the beach were short and pleasant. The agency checked in on WhatsApp during the week, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and relaxed stay.

Relaxing stay with grandparents
We brought my parents along and they loved the quiet vibe of the villa. The master bedroom opening to the pool was a hit. Having extra fridges helped a lot with groceries for a bigger group.

Perfect location in Llenaire
We came as a group of friends and barely used the car because everything was close. Big kitchen, comfy rooms, and that interior terrace became our go-to spot for breakfast. Would stay again for sure.
