This charming holiday villa combines traditional character with modern comfort and is set within a mature garden offering generous outdoor space. Located in a highly convenient area close to Cala d’Or’s beaches, restaurants and cafés, it is well suited to families or groups seeking space, privacy and easy access to the coast.
The property has been upgraded with new showers and underfloor heating in all bathrooms, along with aerothermal central air conditioning providing hot and cold air throughout the house. A combination of solar panels and traditional water heating ensures a reliable supply of hot water.
The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area full of character, with direct access to both a front covered terrace and a side terrace. The well-equipped kitchen also opens onto the side terrace and pool area, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor living. This level includes two bedrooms: one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a queen-size bed, which share a bathroom.
Also on the ground floor is a second smaller living area that connects to a games room with a billiard table, as well as a separate shower room. From the games room, internal stairs lead to the upper floor.
The upper floor offers three twin bedrooms that share a shower room. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to a shared flat roof terrace furnished with two small tables and chairs, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
In addition, there is a separate exterior double bedroom on the ground floor near the pool, featuring a queen-size bed and its own en-suite shower room. This layout provides flexibility and additional privacy within the property.
The sleeping arrangement accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 has one queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has one queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 each feature two twin beds.
Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool measuring approximately 7.30 metres by 3.50 metres, surrounded by sunbeds. Pool towels are provided. A brick-built barbecue, a large outdoor dining table and a pleasant patio area create an inviting setting for outdoor meals and social gatherings.
The location is excellent. Cala Esmeralda Beach is around 350 metres away, with Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera and Cala Petita also within easy walking distance. Several restaurants and cafés, including Edén Paradise, Tipy Tapa Cala d’Or and Restaurante Marivent, are just a short walk away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 60 km from the property.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa surprised us in a good way. There were lots of different spots to sit, inside and outside, so people could do their own thing. Kids spent hours around the pool and games room, while others enjoyed the shaded terraces. We liked how close everything was, beaches, cafés, evening strolls. Communication before arrival was clear and helpful.

Relaxed week with everything we needed
As seen in the pictures, this is a beautiful big house with everything, one might need. Even with our large family, this didn-'t feel crowded. It is very nicely located in a quiet yet central part of town. We loved it there. That being said, we had a great time and the space and location were perfect for what we needed.

A house that suited long days
We stayed a full week and the villa handled our group of twelve without any issues. Mornings were a bit chaotic but having multiple bathrooms really helped. Some of us walked to Cala Gran early, others stayed back and used the pool. Afternoons were split between naps, reading, and billiards downstairs. The outdoor dining area became our meeting point every night. We asked for a few local restaurant ideas before arriving and that saved us time the first evenings. The house felt lived-in and practical, with small details that made day-to-day life easy.

The kind of place that adapts to your group, not the other way around
We chose this villa because we needed flexibility, and it delivered that perfectly. Teenagers claimed the games room, couples liked the quieter terraces, and the separate bedroom near the pool gave some welcome privacy. The walk to the beach was short enough to do more than once a day, which we actually did. Evenings were long and relaxed, BBQ going, people drifting in and out of conversations. The house had character, not the shiny type, but the comfortable kind that grows on you. Booking was smooth, arrival instructions were clear, and we felt supported without anyone hovering. By the end, it felt like everyone had found their own version of a good holiday there.

Everything beautiful and perfect
Everything beautiful and perfect. We simply loved our stay in this wonderful finca in Mallorca! The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from two beautiful bays where we could swim in the clear water. The finca itself has enough space with six bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was ideal for our large group. It has good facilities and the pool table provided lots of fun and good vibe. Also the large terraces offer enough space for sharing meals or a quiet place to stay. We especially liked the hammock under the trees, here you can also let your mind wander at high temperatures. The pool is just fantastic - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or playing with family. The proximity to the centre allowed us to explore the local restaurants and shops on foot. All in all, our stay was unforgettable, and we can recommend this finca to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional
Exceptional. The accommodation was much larger than we expected and was perfect for the 11 of us. We used all 6 bedrooms, mixture of twins and doubles and an annex bedroom with ensuite which was great. The weather was a little cool but was able to follow the sun around as there were plenty of terraces and tables. We didn't use the heating or air con but used the extra blankets at night time. Esmeralda beach is closest and there is a short cut to it instead of walking around the road, few steps down though so you'll need to carry kids buggy etc. Villa was great for us, good kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of sun loungers, few mins to bars and restaurants.

Excellent location - we really enjoyed our stay
Excellent location - we really enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent - so close to beaches, shops and centre but also in a lovely quiet area. So much space! Plenty of spacious rooms and lots of outdoor eating areas. Pool is great. Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery etc.

Location is really beautiful
Location is really beautiful. Whole experience of the house is nice. The courtyard is beautiful and gives a spacious feeling because the bedrooms are not next to each other. The seating area in the living room is nice and the indoor and outdoor dining table have nice views. You can swim in the pool or in the bay near your house or the beach. The house is super quiet and is in the basics neat. Beautiful view.
