This modern holiday home is located in a beautiful villa neighbourhood of Cala d’Or and offers direct access to Cala Petita, a small sandy beach in the heart of the resort. With shops, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance, it is an ideal choice for guests who prefer not to rely on a car. A funicular railway connects different parts of Cala d’Or, making it easy to explore the area. The resort is family friendly and offers seven beaches along with a wide range of leisure activities.
The property is bright and spacious and is arranged over several levels. At street level, there is a large open-plan living and dining area with direct access to a covered terrace overlooking the lower pool area. This terrace is equipped with a vertical awning, providing shade when needed. The modern kitchen is also located on this level, along with a utility room, a guest WC and the main sleeping area.
The main sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring both a separate bathtub and shower. Two additional twin bedrooms are also located on this level and share a separate bathroom, making it a practical layout for families.
On the upper floor, there is a very spacious twin bedroom with an open-plan bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has its own private terrace with a comfortable chill-out area and side views over the small sandy bay of Cala d’Or.
The outdoor area is situated on the lowest level and is designed for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. It features an infinity swimming pool with an integrated children’s pool, surrounded by a sun deck. The pool house includes a barbecue, dining table, pantry, fridge and outdoor sink, making it ideal for outdoor meals. An outdoor shower is also available. From the pool area, a path through the garden leads directly to the sandy beach of Cala Petita. Parking is available on the property.
The accommodation sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one double bed. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each feature two single beds.
Children are welcome, and a baby cot and high chair are available free of charge.
The surrounding area offers a variety of attractions and activities. Cala d’Or Marina is a short drive away, as are Cala Ferrera Beach, Cala Gran and Vall d’Or Golf. Mondragó Natural Park can also be reached within a few minutes by car. For those interested in activities, nearby options include diving, snorkelling and horse riding. Several restaurants can be reached on foot, including Restaurante Bona Taula, Zab Thai, Cas Senyor and La Cascina. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately a 48-minute drive away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came with kids and grandparents and the setup suited everyone. Being able to walk straight down to Cala Petita was the highlight, quick swims, back for lunch, repeat. House was bright, easy to use, and the shaded terrace helped a lot during hot hours. Everything nearby, no driving needed.

Comfortable layout with a great outdoor rhythm
This villa fit our group of eight really well. The main floor kept everyone together, while the upper bedroom felt like its own quiet zone. Pool area became our base during the day, kids using the shallow section nonstop. Evenings were relaxed, BBQ on, short walks for ice cream or dinner. We got a few local tips before arrival that helped us plan the first days.

A place that made family travel feel simple and light
We stayed a full week and settled in fast. Mornings were usually slow, breakfast inside, then straight to the pool or down to the sand. Having direct beach access meant no bags, no planning, just go. The house felt modern but not cold, very practical for daily life. Kids loved moving between pool and sea, adults enjoyed the terraces and quiet corners. Cooking outside became a routine and the outdoor shower was used constantly. The area felt friendly and easy, restaurants close, marina not far, everything reachable on foot or a short drive.

Exactly what we needed for a relaxed getaway
We chose this villa because of the beach access and ended up loving much more than that. The layout gave everyone space without feeling disconnected. The upper terrace was perfect for late evenings, while the pool level stayed busy all day. We walked to different coves, tried new places nearby, and still spent plenty of time just staying in. Communication before arrival was clear and we appreciated having practical info sorted early. The house supported every type of day we wanted, active, lazy, social or quiet. By the end, it felt like we had our own little routine there, which is always a good sign.
