An outdoor shower provides convenience after a refreshing swim, while a beautifully furnished porch invites guests to enjoy alfresco dining or relaxed evening gatherings. The portable barbecue offers additional flexibility for preparing your favourite meals outdoors as you admire the stunning coastal backdrop.
Inside, the villa is laid out across two levels. The main floor features a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining area with satellite TV, where large windows frame magnificent sea views that set a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob and all essential utensils, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals throughout your stay. Also on this level are two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, providing privacy and convenience. A guest toilet, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, completes the main floor facilities.
The lower level offers additional living space with a second lounge area, a sofa and a ping-pong table-perfect for family entertainment or relaxed indoor evenings. Two further bedrooms are located here, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom also offers a double bed and a crib, making it well suited for families travelling with a baby. A high chair is available on request.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay was just four adults and we loved how calm the whole area was. Some days we barely left the villa because between the pool, the porch and the view, there wasn’t much reason to go anywhere. The lower-level lounge came in handy on a windy day when we stayed inside playing ping-pong. Booking with the agency was smooth and they answered fast when we had a small question about the washing machine. Would definitely return for another quiet week by the sea.

Great for a small group getaway
We came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and the setting was honestly perfect. The upstairs living room has huge windows with insane sea views, so we spent a lot of time there just relaxing. Bedrooms were comfy and the AC worked well. I worked remotely one morning and the Wi-Fi handled video calls easily. Took a little trip to Betlem one afternoon and it was such a nice drive.

A very easy, slow-paced holiday
Stayed a full week with friends and the house felt bigger than expected. Everyone had their own bathroom which avoided the morning chaos. Pool was saltwater and so refreshing after coming back from small walks along the coast. We grilled a couple of nights using the portable BBQ and sat outside for hours just chatting. The welcome info from the team included a few restaurant ideas and two of them were really good. Super quiet at night, only the sound of the sea.

Couldn’t believe the view every day
We were two families travelling together and honestly this villa made everything simple. Kids took over the ping-pong table downstairs while we cooked or sat outside with a glass of wine. The sea was literally right in front of us, so we ended up spending more time watching the waves than doing actual plans. Agency helped us with a crib and an early check-in, which made arrival stress-free. Drove to Sa Colònia a few nights for dinner and the walk along the little harbour was lovely.

Perfect little break

Chill family stay

Loved waking up here
We stayed a few days as a couple and honestly the mornings were unreal with the waves right in front of us. Pool was super clean and we spent most evenings on the porch just listening to the sea.
