The villa is arranged over two floors. The ground floor hosts four spacious bedrooms, including a mix of doubles and twins. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which has access to a covered terrace. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. A utility room with a washing machine adds practical convenience. All bedrooms enjoy natural light and views of the surrounding area.
A floating staircase leads to the first floor, opening into a bright living and dining area furnished with large sofas and a dining table for eight. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the indoor space to a terrace, allowing panoramic sea views and natural light to fill the room. The modern kitchen, separated by a glass wall, includes a breakfast table and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. A small rear terrace features outdoor dining furniture and a portable barbecue for alfresco meals. A toilet is also located on this floor. (Please note the floating staircase is not suitable for young children or elderly guests.)

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of eight had a really comfortable stay and the villa felt bigger than expected. We liked that all four bedrooms were downstairs because it kept the living area separate and peaceful. Two en-suite rooms were handy, and the shared bathroom for the other twins worked fine. The upstairs kitchen was well equipped and we used the rear terrace for breakfasts before heading out to the nearby beaches. Afternoons were mostly pool time while a couple of us relaxed on the grass area with books. One evening we used the portable BBQ and ate outside, which turned into our favourite night. The booking communication was smooth and the manager sent us clear directions and some local tips that helped a lot.

Nice stay close to the beaches
We came with friends and the layout downstairs worked really well since everyone had enough space. Most days we walked to the nearby coves and came back for lazy afternoons by the pool. The kitchen upstairs was simple to use and we had dinner on the terrace almost every night because the sea view was lovely.
