Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came for five nights, just adults, hoping to switch off and that’s exactly what we got. The living areas were comfortable and had big windows facing the water, so even when we stayed inside it still felt special. Beds were comfy, showers worked well, and the place was clean when we arrived. We used the laundry room a couple of times which helped. Best part was sitting outside late at night listening to the waves. Would definitely come back.

Perfect for people who love the sea
Stayed here with another couple and we had the best rhythm: coffee on the porch, swim in the infinity pool, then down to the pier for a dip in the sea before lunch. House never felt crowded thanks to the layout. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant the agency suggested and it turned out really good. Loved that the villa actually looked like the photos, which isn’t always the case. Super relaxing overall.

A week we won’t forget
We booked this place for a family gathering and it fit exactly what we needed. The outdoor spaces were huge, and we ended up doing dinners outside almost every night because the breeze felt amazing. I used the pier early in the mornings just to sit by the water while everyone was asleep. The agency helped us with a small issue regarding AC and replied super fast, which I appreciated. Beaches were close, supermarket too, so honestly everything was simple and stress-free.

Nice stay for a group
We were 8 adults and had no issues with space. The big bedroom upstairs felt like its own mini apartment. Location was amazing… close to food, marina, small beaches. Good vibes the whole week.

Loved the pier access

Great spot for a quiet break
We stayed here with our kids for a long weekend and honestly the view alone was worth it. Spent most mornings on the terrace with coffee and evenings near the pool. Loved being able to walk to Cala Gran in just a few minutes.
