This spacious villa in Cala Egos (Cala d'Or) comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families seeking a relaxing beach holiday. The highlight of the property is the 7 x 4 m chlorine pool (0.8-1.9 m deep), surrounded by a sunny garden filled with sunbeds. Enjoy outdoor meals on the porch while the little ones swim or play, or prepare delicious barbecues in the garden.
A first-floor terrace provides a peaceful spot to relax at night and admire the starry sky. The property is fenced and the villa spans 250 m² over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living-dining area with satellite TV and a dining table for up to 8 guests. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob.
The villa has four bedrooms: two on the ground floor with twin beds, wardrobe, and fan, sharing a shower bathroom. The first floor features one double bedroom with en-suite shower, and another twin bedroom with terrace access, fan, and wardrobe, plus a second shower bathroom. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Located in a quiet urbanization of Cala Egos, the nearest beach, Caló des Pou, is a picturesque white sandy beach with palm trees and natural shade, perfect for swimming and relaxation.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful villa. We had 3 teenagers in our party and they loved their stay. The villa is modern, fully equipped and in an ideal part of Cala D'or. Cala D'or itself offers a lot for everyone, beaches are lovely and the restaurants very well priced and offers good food.

Excellent villa
The villa is lovely, extremely well kept, very comfortable and kitted out to a high standard. We felt at home there right away. We are really lucky to have found what must be one of the best villas for rental in the area. It lived up to its description and met our expectations. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough.

Clean and well equipped
We enjoyed a lovely nine weeks here and fell in love with Cala D'Dor. The house has everything needed and the beds were so comfortable. All those steps kept us fit. There are lots of places to sit with comfy outdoor furniture. This is a great base to explore the nearby beauty and lovely to come home to. We would recommend this house.
