Inside, the accommodation is bright, elegant and thoughtfully designed. Wooden ceiling beams, ivory-toned décor and traditional details create a warm and timeless atmosphere across the living spaces. The main living area spans two levels, both overlooking the gardens, and features comfortable seating, a TV with satellite channels, CD/DVD player and a fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, complete with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. A separate laundry area with washing machine and iron adds further convenience.
All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Each room includes twin beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes, and a private ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The bathrooms are modern, bright and finished in a traditional Mallorcan style.
Outdoors, the villa truly shines. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came with another couple and spent most of our time on the terraces or walking around the property. It’s quiet, with nothing but birds and the odd sheep in the distance. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room felt cozy for late-night chats. We took the car to Port de Pollença one evening and had dinner by the water. The table tennis was surprisingly fun too. A solid choice if you want nature and comfort without being isolated.

Lovely family stay in the mountains
We came as a family of four and really enjoyed the mix of countryside calm and being close to Pollensa. Mornings were slow - coffee outside, kids playing near the citrus trees - then pool time once the sun hit. The bedrooms were on the cooler side even in the afternoon and the en-suite bathrooms made everything easy. One day we drove to Cala Barques and spent a few hours snorkelling. The outdoor kitchen was a big win for us since we cooked most evenings. Very relaxing stay overall.

Cozy villa with a great outdoor area
Spent five nights here with my parents. The outdoor kitchen became our main hangout spot. Everything felt private and quiet, and we liked that the villa was close to both town and the beach.

Great spot for a slow holiday
Stayed as a couple with one friend joining later, and we used the big terrace almost nonstop. Really calm area, short drive to Pollensa for dinner. The place felt homely, nothing fancy, just relaxing and easy.

Loved the peace here
We spent a week here with our kids and honestly the quiet setting was exactly what we needed. Pool stayed warm all day and the outdoor kitchen made dinners so easy. Beds were comfy and the garden smelled like lemons every morning.
