All three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished: two include twin beds, while the third offers a king-size bed. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, all equipped with bathtub, shower and toilet, plus the added convenience of outdoor showers. The villa also includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for guests who need to check in with work, air conditioning, heating, a TV and a washing machine. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed six nights as a couple with my sister joining mid-week, and the villa suited us perfectly. Loved waking up to mountain views and the sound of birds. The bathrooms were all spotless and having the outdoor shower was a small but great detail. Used the table tennis almost every day. We ate twice in Puerto Pollensa after getting recommendations from the agency, and both places were spot on. The whole vibe was calm and exactly what we needed to disconnect.

Peaceful retreat with great outdoor space
We were a group of friends and spent most of our time outside. The terrace had both sun and shade, so everyone found their spot. The pool was clean and bigger than it looked in the photos. Kitchen worked fine for simple meals and the living room was nice for late-night chats. We drove to Alcúdia Beach one morning and it was super close. The villa felt private without being isolated, which we appreciated. Really easy-going stay overall.

Amazing family week in the countryside
We spent a full week here with our kids and it was honestly just what we hoped for. Mornings were super calm, had breakfast outside while the little ones played with the toys the owners left. The kitchen was easy to use and we cooked most evenings. The pool stayed warm, and we even used the outdoor shower after coming back from Port de Pollença beach. Plenty of shaded spots to escape the heat. The place felt private yet really close to everything. Really good family-friendly setup.

Perfect for our little family
