Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as two families and really liked how spread out everything was. The main villa had so much charm with all the old wood beams, and the guesthouse worked perfectly for the couple in our group who wanted more privacy. Mornings were quiet, just coffee on the balcony looking at the mountains. Most days we went down to Puerto Pollensa for lunch then came back to the pool. The team answered fast when we asked about the AC settings, very easy communication.

A week that felt like a retreat
We booked this villa for a small family reunion and the location on the hill was exactly what we hoped for. Plenty of space indoors, big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the terraces had amazing views over the bay. We cooked a lot outside using the wood oven and spent evenings by the pool once the lights came on. The kids loved the whirlpool. The agency gave us a few tips for places in Pollensa and made a restaurant booking for us which was really helpful.

Perfect for our group
We were 10 people and never felt crowded. Lots of corners to hide with a book, plus the whirlpool became the go-to spot after hikes. Really peaceful place, felt very private and safe.

Loved the sunsets
The terraces here were our favourite part. Every evening we just sat outside watching the sky change over the bay. House was comfy, beds good, kitchen easy to use. Great base for exploring but we mostly chilled at the villa.

Peaceful hill escape
We stayed a week with friends and honestly the quiet was unreal. Just birds, views and that huge pool. Loved having the guesthouse for my parents, they had their own space. Super relaxing spot, close enough to Pollensa but felt miles away.
