Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
All in all what an amazing stay. The villa was all that we hoped for and more. Antonio was an incredible host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Very child friendly and in a beautiful location. I couldn’t have hoped for better!

Perfect Holiday!
This villa was perfect!! Antonio met us when we arrived after midnight and was very helpful and informative. The villa was immaculate, beautifully furnished!! Pool and BBQ were exactly what we wanted. Air Conditioning in every room and Netflix in every room. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Close to everywhere, shops, beaches, perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will be booking again next year

Comfortable, modern and well located
We were a mix of colleagues and partners on a short retreat. The villa had enough corners to get some quiet time and the workspace with monitor actually came in handy. Lots of natural light, comfy beds and great showers. We tried a few nearby places like BLUE at Illetas Albatros and Bugambilia-both solid options. The electric gate and parking made everything straightforward. Easy base for exploring Palma without being in the city noise.

Great setup for families travelling together
We stayed here with two families plus grandparents and it was smooth from start to finish. Bedrooms were spread out so nobody felt on top of each other. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the jacuzzi. Did a couple of dinners at Illetas Boulevard, which is an easy walk. The welcome pack with water and snacks was appreciated after a late landing. Villa felt very private and the views were lovely throughout the day.

Ideal villa for a relaxed group holiday
We were 11 adults and the space was genuinely comfortable-lots of terraces, big living room and the outdoor kitchen made cooking super easy. Some of us walked to Illetas Beach in the mornings, while others chilled by the heated pool. Concierge organised two rental cars and gave us tips for local cafés. Evenings on the upper terrace with the sea breeze were the highlight. Quiet neighbourhood but close enough to Palma when we wanted a busier vibe.

Great base near Palma
Stayed with friends for a long weekend. Loved the sea views from the upper terrace. Concierge sorted our airport transfers so we didn’t stress at all. Easy drive to Portals Marina.

Spacious place for a big group
We came as 12 for a family get-together and the house handled us easily. Plenty of terraces to spread out, and the pool area was everyone’s favourite. Quick walk to Illetas for a swim.
