A shaded outdoor dining area invites everyone to gather for al fresco meals or barbecues while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. Several furnished terraces surround the house, offering panoramic sea and mountain views-perfect spots for morning coffee, sunset drinks or simply unwinding in total tranquillity. With no neighbours nearby, the property ensures full privacy throughout your stay.
Indoors, the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating and oil central heating, guaranteeing year-round comfort. The layout is distributed across three floors. On the ground floor, a bright open-plan living and dining area blends seamlessly with the fully equipped induction kitchen. This inviting communal space offers Smart TV, satellite channels and direct access to one of the terraces. This level includes one double bedroom accompanied by two en-suite bathrooms, each featuring a bathtub and hydromassage shower, as well as an additional guest toilet.
A staircase descends to the first lower floor, where a second elegant living room awaits. This level includes a gas kitchen open to the dining area, complete with a fireplace and terrace access-an ideal retreat for relaxed evenings. Here you will also find four additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features two single beds and an en-suite with bathtub. The third bedroom includes two single beds, direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed and also opens onto the terrace. A further bathroom with bathtub and shower completes this floor.
On the lowest level, guests can enjoy a third living area furnished with sofas and a dedicated play zone for children. This floor also hosts the villa's impressive spa area, equipped with a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower-perfect for winding down after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding nature. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a small group of friends looking for somewhere quiet, and this place delivered. The pool is a good size, the outdoor dining area became our go-to spot, and the table tennis kept us busy. Bedrooms were comfy and spread out enough for privacy. The second kitchen downstairs was handy for late snacks. We did a boat day from Port de Pollensa which was only a short drive away. Agency support was great-quick replies and good local tips.

Great family stay with plenty of space
We were two families travelling together and this villa ticked all the boxes. Kids loved the pool and the play area downstairs, while the adults appreciated the terraces with those mountain + sea views. The en-suite bathrooms were a lifesaver. We spent a day hiking and another doing snorkelling near Cala del Pi de la Posada. Concierge checked in during the week and helped us book a table at MEL at Four Seasons. Super smooth experience.

Perfect villa for a mixed group
We came as 10 adults and the house layout made everything easy. Three living areas meant no one ever felt crowded, and the spa floor became our evening hangout. The beach path is short and really scenic. We cooked most nights but also walked to Bar l’Illa Tapas-nice and simple. The booking team arranged our airport transfer and left a welcome pack, which actually helped because we arrived late. Overall, a very relaxed stay in a quiet and beautiful part of the island.

Quiet spot with amazing views
We stayed here as a group of 8 and the views alone made the trip worth it. Early coffee on the terrace was unreal. Loved having the beach so close but still feeling completely tucked away.
