Set on a private 15,000 m² estate surrounded by rolling countryside and mountain scenery, the property combines contemporary styling with traditional Mediterranean elements. Natural materials, warm tones and high-quality furnishings create an elegant yet comfortable feel throughout. The layout flows seamlessly from indoor to outdoor living thanks to large windows and direct access to the terraces.
The ground floor offers an inviting open-plan living space, tastefully furnished and flooded with natural light. This level connects directly to covered and open terraces that overlook the garden and mountains-ideal for family breakfasts, casual lounging or long al fresco dinners. The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a wine fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A laundry area with washing machine is also available.
Two spacious double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The upper level hosts two additional double bedrooms, also en-suite, including the master suite with lovely views over the garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms feature air conditioning for maximum comfort.
The outdoor areas are one of the highlights of this beautiful country home. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean flora, extensive lawns, olive trees and flowering shrubs. Several covered and open terraces offer comfortable seating areas, as well as a dedicated BBQ zone equipped with a fridge and gas barbecue. A table tennis setup with rackets and balls adds extra entertainment for families.
The private swimming pool measures 10m x 5m, with a depth of 0.70m to 1.50m. With integrated steps and lovely countryside views, it is perfect for both refreshing morning swims and relaxed afternoons in the sun. Comfortable outdoor furniture and shaded areas make the poolside setting ideal for unwinding throughout the day.
About the area The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful rural pocket of Pollensa's countryside, just minutes from some of Mallorca's best experiences. The region is known for its charming old town, lively market square, artisanal shops and excellent restaurants. Nearby Puerto Pollensa offers a beautiful promenade, family-friendly beaches and a superb range of water sports including sailing, diving, sea kayaking, kitesurfing and windsurfing. Cala San Vicente, with its turquoise coves, is also just a short drive away.
For nature lovers, the surrounding mountains offer wonderful hiking and cycling routes, while horse-riding is a popular activity throughout the area. Golf enthusiasts will find a 9-hole course just 500 metres from the property, and the renowned Alcanada Golf Course is only a short drive away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of eight celebrating a birthday and chose this villa for the outdoor areas, which really delivered. Lots of shade, big lawn, and the pool was warm enough in the afternoons. Inside felt bright and clean, with enough room for everyone to spread out. We even used the BBQ fridge for drinks which was handy. Agency support was spot on-they organised our transfer and answered a couple of quick questions during the stay. Really pleasant week from start to finish.

Just what we were hoping for
My partner and I brought my parents along for a quiet break and this villa worked perfectly. They stayed downstairs, we took an upstairs room with lovely pool views. The garden is beautifully kept and there are so many places to sit outside. We did a few short drives into Pollensa for dinner and the market. The welcome pack with water and snacks was appreciated after a late arrival. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting calm and space.

Beautiful home in a great location
We travelled as two couples and really enjoyed how the layout gave everyone privacy with the en-suite rooms. The house felt modern but still warm, with big windows opening to the garden. Most days we’d go to Puerto Pollensa for a swim, then head back to grill at the BBQ area. The table tennis was a fun extra. The team helped us with a car rental beforehand, which made everything easier. Loved the peaceful setting.

A really relaxing family holiday
Spent a week here with our two teens and we all loved it. The outdoor space is huge and we used the pool every afternoon after exploring the beaches nearby. The kitchen was easy to use and having two fridges helped a lot. Evenings were mostly on the terrace enjoying the quiet countryside. The agency checked in before we arrived and sent us a few restaurant suggestions that turned out great. Super smooth experience overall.

Great stay all around
The villa felt spacious and private, and the AC in all bedrooms was a lifesaver. Kids played table tennis nonstop. We did BBQ most nights and it was so chill. Would happily stay again.

Lovely countryside escape
We stayed a week as a family of four and the place was exactly what we needed. Super quiet, big garden, and the pool was clean every day. The bedrooms with en-suite baths were really handy. Great spot between Pollensa and the port.
