Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group liked that we could relax at the villa but also reach Playa del Port de Pollensa in a few minutes. Mornings were usually spent around the pool, afternoons in the play area or exploring nearby restaurants. The nanny room downstairs was ideal for our babysitter. Everything felt well kept-bathrooms, kitchen, garden. The concierge gave us a few restaurant tips and helped book a table one night, which was a nice touch. A really memorable stay in a beautiful setting.

Peaceful countryside stay close to everything
Loved how quiet the place felt even though Pollensa was just a short drive away. We divided our time between the beaches and staying in the garden. The kids loved the swings and the trampoline, and the adults took over the chillout area in the evenings. The master suite upstairs was beautiful with its own view. The kitchen had everything needed, so cooking at home was easy. A great spot if you want comfort without being far from the coast.

Amazing for families with young children
We stayed a full week with two families, and the setup couldn’t have been better. The massive play area downstairs basically became the kids’ base, so the adults actually got to relax. We used the outdoor kitchen almost every night and had slow breakfasts on the terrace. The heated pool was great since we had a couple of cooler mornings. The agency arranged a car rental for us before arrival and everything was super smooth. Would happily come back.

Great family villa
Stayed here with our kids and it was honestly perfect. The playroom downstairs kept them busy for hours, while we relaxed by the pool. Super quiet area but still close to Port de Pollensa.
