Large windows open onto a beautiful sea-view terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and a dining area-perfect for sunset meals or morning coffee overlooking the bay. Adjacent to the lounge is an elegant dining room with another fireplace, leading into a recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen complete with two ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dual freezers, juicer and all necessary cooking utensils. This level also includes a guest toilet, a library, a convenient laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, plus two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and another with a bathroom located just next door.
The lower floor offers additional privacy and comfort, featuring four further bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small living area. Each room is decorated in a traditional rustic style with wooden ceilings and stone elements that enhance the villa's cosy countryside feel.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second time booking through the same agency and they were just as helpful as last year. They arranged a rental car and even shared some restaurant tips in Andratx that turned out amazing. The villa itself had a rustic vibe we really liked, especially the wooden ceilings. We used the pool and ping pong table daily. Direct sea access was something new for us and honestly made the trip. Great balance between comfort and the coastal feel we were after.

Family holiday we won’t forget
We stayed here with grandparents and kids, and the layout made it really easy for everyone. The two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for my parents, and the rest of us took the lower floor. We spent most evenings on the terrace watching the boats in the bay. The pool was warm enough even in the mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking simple. Location was spot on - quiet but still close to the port for food and cafés.

Great house for a group trip
Stayed here with a group of friends for a birthday week. Plenty of space, comfy rooms and the kitchen had everything. The little rock beach right in front was awesome for a quick dip. Really chilled stay overall.

Lovely week by the sea
We came as two families and the place worked great. Super quiet area and waking up to those sea views was unreal. Kids loved the pool and we used the terrace every evening. Being able to cross the road and swim was a big plus.
