Here you will find everything needed for a pleasant self-catering stay: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. Large windows and outdoor access ensure an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living throughout your vacation.
The sleeping layout includes three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two single beds. An extra foldaway bed can accommodate one additional guest for a small fee. The villa offers three bathrooms in total, including one with a bathtub and two with walk-in showers, as well as a hair dryer for guest convenience. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available throughout the house, ensuring comfort in any season.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
7 of us stayed for a long weekend and loved the atmosphere. It’s not flashy, but it feels warm and well looked after. We cooked a couple of meals, used the BBQ twice, and spent hours just hanging out by the pool. The view of the mountains is honestly such a vibe. Also appreciated how quiet the neighbourhood was-perfect for switching off. The check-in process was smooth and we got helpful tips on local markets.

Great base for exploring Pollensa and the coast
We came for a mix of hiking and beach days, and the house had the ideal location. Walked into town every morning for coffee, then drove out to different coves. The pool was a lifesaver after long sunny days. Bedrooms were spacious enough, the AC worked well, and the outdoor dining area became our nightly hangout. Booking was simple and communication with the team was quick and friendly.

A relaxing home with everything we needed
We stayed as a couple with my sister joining for a few days, and the villa suited us perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked, so making breakfast or simple lunches was super easy. Most evenings we just sat outside, watching the light change on Puig de Maria. Beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure, and the whole place felt very calm. The agency sent us a list of restaurant ideas before arrival, which actually helped a lot.

Quiet stay close to town
We loved how calm the area felt while still being able to walk into Pollensa in a few minutes. Spent most afternoons by the pool and evenings on the terrace. Really comfy for our family of four.
