Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came with a mix of friends and family and had such a comfortable stay. The living spaces were big enough for all twelve of us without feeling crowded. Afternoons were usually split - some by the pool, others reading on the upper terrace. One day we took a short drive to Port d’Andratx for lunch by the water and ended up staying there for hours. The villa’s garden area with the fountain and BBQ was perfect for dinners at home. Everything felt calm and well kept.

Perfect villa
Our group of adults enjoyed how quiet and private the villa felt even though it was so close to the harbor. Some mornings we stayed on the terraces with coffee, other days we drove to Sant Elm for a swim. The kitchen on the guest level was super convenient for quick snacks. Bedrooms were spacious and cool, and having balconies off several rooms made it easy to sneak away for a moment alone. The agency arranged a smooth check-in and helped us with a car rental. We’d book again.

A fantastic holiday
We stayed here for a family gathering and the house exceeded what we hoped for. Waking up to those views each morning was unreal. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay smooth. We used the heated infinity pool daily and the kids loved the ping-pong table. One evening we drove down to Media Luna for dinner and had a great time. The agency also sent some useful local tips before arrival, which helped us plan the week. A really memorable stay.

Great layout for a big group

Stunning hillside stay
We stayed with family and honestly the view from up in Monport blew us away every morning. The terraces made breakfasts special and the heated pool was great even late in the afternoon. Loved how quiet the whole place felt.
