Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came with two other couples and we all loved how quiet the place was. Each bedroom having its own bathroom helped a ton. Most afternoons we stayed around the pool and grilled in the evenings. We even walked a bit into the countryside one morning just to explore. The kitchen had everything for simple meals and the AC was strong enough for the hotter nights. Really good spot if you want some space and no stress.

Family trip that worked out perfectly
We stayed with our two kids and my sister’s family. The little play area outside kept the children entertained while we cooked or relaxed. We drove to Can Picafort for the beach almost daily. Inside, the house had lots of room and the beds felt comfy. Appreciated having the washing machine since the kids got dirty non-stop. BBQ area was used almost every evening. Lovely surroundings overall.

Relaxed getaway with friends
Booked this for a small group of us, mostly looking to switch off. We spent long afternoons by the pool reading or chatting, then headed to Playa de Muro for swims. The kitchen made it easy to prepare food, and the living room was a nice hangout spot at night. Bedrooms were simple but comfy and having four bathrooms stopped any queueing. Felt like a real countryside break but still close to everything we needed.

We asked the agency a few things before arriving and they replied quickly, even gave us a couple of tips for places to eat near the beach. The villa itself was bright, clean and bigger than expected. The pool area felt private and the mountain backdrop was beautiful. Internet was fast enough for me to do a bit of remote work in the mornings. Stayed 10 nights and honestly enjoyed every day.
