Located just 160 metres from the beach, it is ideal for guests who want to stay close to the sea without depending on a car. Beaches, shops and restaurants in Cala d’Or are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk, and a funicular railway connects different parts of the resort.
The property is arranged over two floors and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. The ground floor features a living room with traditional brick benches, a dining area and large windows framing the sea views, with direct access to the terrace. Next to this space is a fully equipped modern kitchen. Also on this level is a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and direct access to the terrace. An Ibizan-style staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a second double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower.
In addition, the house includes an inner courtyard from which three further bedrooms are accessed. One is a children’s bedroom with two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms both feature double beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. In total, the sleeping layout is as follows: Bedroom 1 has one double bed, Bedroom 2 has one double bed, Bedroom 3 has two single beds, Bedroom 4 has one double bed, and Bedroom 5 has one double bed. The property offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The outdoor areas are a major highlight. Several terraces provide space for relaxing and sunbathing while enjoying uninterrupted sea views. A large terrace includes an outdoor dining table and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, work surface and sink. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace, and a small path leads over the rocks to the sea, where a swimming ladder allows direct access for swimming. A table tennis table is also available.
The interior of the house is kept relatively simple and functional and may not suit guests seeking a highly sophisticated or luxury finish. What truly defines this holiday home is its unique seafront position, direct sea access and generous size.
Families are welcome. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge, with a second cot or high chair available on request. Final cleaning is included in the price.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of attractions. Located near the beach, the property is close to cultural landmarks such as the Fray Junipero Serra Museum, Torre del Palau and the Coves dels Hams. Activities nearby include snorkelling, horse riding, visiting Fantasy Park or Safari Zoo, and exploring the area’s beaches. Points of interest such as the Majorica Factory Shop, Rafa Nadal Sports Centre and the Church and Cloister of San Vincente Ferrer are all within a short drive.
Transport connections include Manacor Station around 7 minutes away by car, Petra Station approximately 14 minutes away and Palma de Mallorca Airport about a 41 minute drive. Several restaurants can be reached within a short drive, including Es Pinxo, Berlin, Wok El Molino, Lizarran and India.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This house gave us something we don’t usually get on holiday, constant contact with the sea. You could swim whenever you felt like it, no crowds, no rush. We were a mixed group with kids and adults and everyone found their spot. Some loved the terraces, others the quiet courtyard rooms. Evenings were long dinners outside with the sound of waves below. We didn’t mind that the interior was basic because the outside more than made up for it. The booking process was easy and we appreciated getting clear arrival info in advance. By the end of the stay, it felt less like a rental and more like a place tied to memories we’ll keep for a long time.

Days shaped by the light, the water and the breeze
We spent a full week here and the rhythm felt very natural. Early mornings meant quiet coffee looking at the sea through those big windows. Late mornings were pool or swimming straight in the water below the house. Afternoons were slow, books, shade, kids playing table tennis. The outdoor kitchen got used almost every night. Inside was simple but practical, air con worked well and beds were comfortable. We asked the agent for a few local ideas before arriving and that saved us time the first days. It felt like a place chosen for location, not decoration, and that was exactly what we wanted.

Simple house, unreal position
We were a group of ten and the space worked better than expected. Bedrooms were spread out enough so people could rest when they wanted. The terraces were where life happened, meals, chats, ping pong breaks. We liked being able to walk to Cala Esmeralda without planning anything. Communication before arrival was clear and helpful.

The sea was literally part of the house
We stayed here with family and what stood out was how close everything felt to the water. You could hear the sea all day, every day. Morning swims straight from the rocks became a habit. The house wasn’t fancy, but it was comfortable and honest. Location made moving around easy, most places were walkable.
