Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Exactly what we hoped for, and a bit more than expected
We chose this villa because we wanted something traditional, and it delivered that feeling from day one. The arches, beams, and layout made it feel authentic without sacrificing comfort. Everyone found their own rhythm, some heading to the marina, others staying back by the pool. We walked into town most evenings, easy pace, good food nearby. The outdoor spaces really carried the stay, shaded lunches, long dinners, quiet moments upstairs. By the end, it felt like we had actually lived there for a while, not just passed through on holiday.

A calm base that made the whole trip feel balanced
We spent a full week here and it shaped how the holiday felt. Days usually started with breakfast under the veranda, then a short walk to Cala Gran or Esmeralda. Afternoons were quiet, pool time, reading, naps. The house had a very natural flow, nothing forced. The upper balcony became a favorite spot for those who wanted a bit of quiet. Evenings were BBQs, local wine, and that soft Cala d’Or breeze. It felt grounded, not like a rental designed to impress, more like a place meant to be enjoyed slowly.

Space to spread out, corners to slow down
This villa worked really well for our group of ten. Bedrooms were simple but comfortable and the shared areas never felt crowded. We loved the covered terrace for meals, long talks, late finishes. One evening we didn’t even go out, just stayed in, cooked, swam, and relaxed. Booking was smooth and arrival was easy.

Felt like old Mallorca, in the best way
We stayed here with extended family and the house instantly felt warm and lived-in. Nothing flashy, just calm spaces and that classic island look everywhere. Mornings were slow, coffee outside, kids in the pool, no rush. Beaches were close enough to walk without it feeling busy. It suited our pace perfectly.
