The property is arranged over two levels and benefits from large windows that provide plenty of natural light and an airy atmosphere throughout. The house features parquet floors, air conditioning and central heating. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. A separate dining room is tastefully decorated, and a staircase leads to the upper floor.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large island with seating. A laundry room and a guest toilet are also located on this level. One bedroom with twin beds is situated on the ground floor and features an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, along with direct access to the outside.
The upper floor hosts the spacious master bedroom, furnished with two single beds placed together, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. This bedroom has access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and pool. In addition, there are two further bedrooms on this level. One bedroom features two single beds and the other features a double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs and access to a small terrace.
The outdoor area is located at the rear of the house and offers a good level of privacy. The partly covered terrace is furnished with quality wooden outdoor furniture and includes a mobile barbecue and an outdoor sink, making it a pleasant space for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings. The private swimming pool is built with Roman steps and measures approximately 7 metres by 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.60 metres to 1.60 metres. Lawned areas and mature trees surround the pool, with sun loungers positioned for relaxing outdoors. The property is fully fenced and offers parking space for two cars within the grounds.
All fees are included in the rental price, with no hidden charges.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Cala Ferrera Beach, Caló des Corral and Caló de ses Egos are all within walking distance. Cultural landmarks such as Castillo de Santueri and Punta de Ses Crestes Lighthouse are nearby, while activities including diving, snorkelling, cycling and horse riding are available in the area. Restaurants such as Bar Restaurante TO-DO, Il Pizzettaro, La Pappa, Fernando Cafe and Pizzeria Cafeteria Marfil are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
It didn’t feel like a rental after a couple of days
The layout gave privacy when needed but also brought everyone together naturally. Afternoons were split between pool time, reading under the trees, or short walks to nearby beaches. The Jacuzzi baths upstairs were used more than expected after long days out. Evenings felt relaxed, sometimes BBQs at home, other nights short walks for dinner. Arrival details were clear and the booking process was simple, which set the tone from the start. By the end of the stay, the house felt familiar in a good way, like we had actually lived there for a bit, not just passed through.

A house that made daily routines feel easy
We stayed a full week and quickly found our rhythm. Some mornings started with a walk to Cala Gran, others stayed back and used the pool early. The living room opened nicely to the terrace, so indoor and outdoor time blended without thinking about it. Bedrooms upstairs were quiet at night, especially the main one with the terrace overlooking the garden. We cooked a lot and the kitchen worked well even with everyone around. One evening we asked for a restaurant recommendation and got a good local tip that we wouldn’t have found on our own. The villa felt practical but still warm, not showy, just easy to live in day after day.

We settled in faster than expected
We stayed here with family and it felt comfortable almost immediately. The walk to Cala Gran took no time and evenings near the marina were easy to plan without driving. Inside felt bright and calm, and the outdoor area worked well for slow afternoons by the pool. It was one of those places where nothing felt complicated.

A very relaxing holiday and we would certainly recommend the villa to others. The villa was absolutely lovely. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small children. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to all have our own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked too.

Amazing villa with a beautiful pool! one bathroom per room, everything was very clean. Equipped indoor kitchen, and above all outdoor kitchen! Two minutes' walk from the beach (and other beaches are also very close). We had a great stay with my friends!
