The property is arranged over two levels and benefits from large windows that provide plenty of natural light and an airy atmosphere throughout. The house features parquet floors, air conditioning and central heating. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. A separate dining room is tastefully decorated, and a staircase leads to the upper floor.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large island with seating. A laundry room and a guest toilet are also located on this level. One bedroom with twin beds is situated on the ground floor and features an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, along with direct access to the outside.
The upper floor hosts the spacious master bedroom, furnished with two single beds placed together, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. This bedroom has access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and pool. In addition, there are two further bedrooms on this level. One bedroom features two single beds and the other features a double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs and access to a small terrace.
The outdoor area is located at the rear of the house and offers a good level of privacy. The partly covered terrace is furnished with quality wooden outdoor furniture and includes a mobile barbecue and an outdoor sink, making it a pleasant space for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings. The private swimming pool is built with Roman steps and measures approximately 7 metres by 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.60 metres to 1.60 metres. Lawned areas and mature trees surround the pool, with sun loungers positioned for relaxing outdoors. The property is fully fenced and offers parking space for two cars within the grounds.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
