The accommodation is arranged over two levels and provides comfortable space for up to eight guests. All four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, making this a practical choice for families or groups of friends holidaying together in southeast Mallorca.
On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, CD/radio, WiFi and a ceiling fan. Patio doors open directly onto the terrace. This space connects to the dining area with table, chairs and ceiling fan, and to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a ceramic induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceiling fan and an additional table with chairs. Patio doors from both the living and kitchen areas lead out to the terraces.
Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, each with ceiling fan, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom.
The first floor offers two further twin bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, patio doors opening onto a balcony and en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, the villa features a large rectangular private swimming pool set within an open decked surround. The pool area is bordered by a lawned garden and enclosed by hedges and trees, offering a good level of privacy. Pool fencing can be provided on request at no additional charge and must be requested in advance of arrival. A covered terrace is furnished with a comfortable rattan seating suite, along with a table, chairs and a portable barbecue, creating a pleasant space for outdoor dining.
The property is located approximately 350 metres from the town centre, shopping areas, supermarket, bars and restaurants, and just 200 metres from Cala Gran beach.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place thinking we’d eat out every night, but the villa changed our plan. The kitchen was genuinely usable: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plus a washing machine for sandy stuff. We ended up doing big breakfasts and proper dinners, then moving outside to the rattan seating with a glass of something. The covered terrace was a lifesaver when the sun was strong, and the deck around the pool became the daytime HQ. Everyone loved having their own bathroom, especially after the beach. Cala Gran being a couple of minutes away meant we could pop down for a swim, come back for lunch, then head to town later. WiFi was solid, the TV kept the kids busy late, and the garden felt screened off by the greenery. By checkout day, nobody wanted a long drive anywhere.

Kids slept, adults talked, everyone was happy
We did a full week here with family and it was a great setup for eight. All four bedrooms were twins and each had an en-suite, which made the mornings run smooth. We requested the pool fencing and it took the edge off with the little ones. The big patio doors meant we were in and out all day, snacks from the kitchen, then straight back outside. Some days we hit Cala Gran early, other days we stayed home and watched the kids invent games in the water. Evenings were usually a simple BBQ, then a short stroll into the centre for ice cream and live music. The upstairs balcony doors were great at night with the ceiling fans on, and we even used the DVD player during one slow afternoon.

A smooth holiday from start to finish
We came as friends and ended up using the outside space more than we expected. Coffee at the table, sun on the deck, then a slow lunch under the covered terrace. Later we’d rinse off, change, and wander out for tapas and a drink. The hedges and trees kept it nicely private, even though you’re right in Cala d’Or.

Loved the mix of privacy and comfort
We stayed here with two couples and a couple of teens, and the win was the distance. Cala Gran was basically around the corner, and the town spots were close too. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, so mornings stayed calm. We’d dip in the pool, grab food out, then do it again.

Loved the layout and the outdoor areas
Fabulous location, beautiful outside area with superb pool . We loved the space both inside and outside. Close to all amenities, walking distance to marina, beaches and shops .
