Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Took the kids and they loved the pool. Area felt very safe and quiet. We also appreciated the baby cot and highchair they provided. Easy access to Alcudia Port where we had dinner twice.

Super week with the whole family
We travelled with grandparents and kids, and the layout was great for everyone. Lots of seating areas so people could spread out. Enjoyed walking down to the small coves nearby for quick swims. Indoor and outdoor spaces were spotless, and the washing machine came in handy. One rainy morning we just relaxed in the living room and played ping-pong when it cleared up. Really felt like a proper holiday home.

Loved the sea views and outdoor space
We spent most of the time outside-either lounging by the pool or hanging out under the covered terrace when it got too hot. Bedrooms were simple but comfortable and all five of us slept well. One evening we used the shared BBQ and ate outside for hours. The agency helped arrange a car rental last minute which we appreciated. It was our first time in Alcanada and we honestly loved the vibe.

Great base for exploring Alcudia
Came with a group of friends and used the villa mainly as a base, and it was ideal. The kitchen was easy to use, Wi-Fi worked well for the two of us who had to do a bit of work. We swam every day and did a couple of short drives to Playa de Muro. The hosts gave us some handy local tips before arrival. Really liked how quiet Alcanada was compared to busier areas.

Perfect for a sunny week away
We stayed as two families and the house worked perfectly. Plenty of space so no one felt crowded, and the terraces were our favourite part, especially in the evenings when the breeze picked up. The kids lived in the pool. We walked to Restaurant 35 D’Alcanada one night and it was great. The booking process was smooth too, the agency sent us clear check-in info ahead of time which made arrival super easy.
