Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came as 5 couples and the place worked really well. Plenty of space, nice bedrooms and big dining area. Enjoyed the evenings with a glass of wine on the terrace. Quiet but still close to everything.

perfect villa
I booked through the agency and the process was honestly very easy. They sent us some restaurant suggestions before arriving and even helped arrange a car rental last minute. The villa itself was spacious, cool inside and really charming with the arches and big windows. We enjoyed the pool every day and used the outdoor dining area each night. Great location if you want quiet but still want beaches and restaurants close by.

Loved the mix of countryside and coast
We were a group of 8 adults and found the villa super comfortable. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the living room was lovely in the evenings. We alternated between pool days and beach days, and Colònia Sant Jordi was only a few minutes away for dinner. One day we walked a trail towards Es Trenc and the scenery was stunning. Bedrooms were bright and airy, and the whole place felt very homely.

A peaceful villa with great outdoor space
We picked this place because we wanted peace and space, and that’s exactly what we got. The garden was well kept, and the terraces had both sunny and shady spots which was perfect for our group. The dining table inside was great for big meals and the living room with the fireplace felt cosy at night. We also visited Cala Llombards and absolutely loved it. A relaxing and memorable stay from start to finish.
