Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Lovely family holiday in a quiet part of the island
We stayed with our two young kids and loved how peaceful the area was. The layout of the house worked perfectly for us, with plenty of space indoors and out. The pool was warm enough for morning swims and we often had lunch on the covered terrace. We drove to Playa de Muro twice and it was worth it. The garden and views made evenings really special. Felt like a proper break from everything.

Smooth booking and really friendly service
I booked through the agency and the whole process was easy from start to finish. They sent tips before arrival and even helped us sort a baby bed when we realised we forgot to request it. The house felt spacious, clean and very well looked after. Having strong Wi-Fi was useful since I had to hop on a couple of video calls. The outdoor showers were super handy after the pool. Great stay in a quiet corner of Mallorca.

Beautiful setting and great outdoor space
We came as a group of friends and ended up spending most of the time outside because the terraces were so comfortable. Loved the saltwater pool, especially late afternoons when everything got quiet. The bedrooms were cool and nicely furnished, and the kitchen had what we needed for simple meals. One evening we walked down to Casablanca Betlem and it was a really nice surprise. The whole place had a very relaxing vibe.

Great spot for a chilled family week
Came with our two teens and everyone had space. Kitchen was easy to use and the outdoor showers were great after swimming. The area felt very private but still close enough to beaches. Would happily return.

Peaceful villa with lovely views
