Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This home was an amazing choice for our family holiday. We were 8 people, and the villa was perfect for all of us. The modern design made it feel so fresh, and the outdoor space with the heated pool was perfect for lazy days in the sun. We were only a short walk from Fanabe Beach, and the kids loved going to Siam Park. The villa’s location in Costa Adeje made it super easy to enjoy all the nearby attractions. Beautiful villa and perfect location!
We stayed at the villa for a week, and it was incredible! The villa itself is stylish and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect-close to the beach and so many shops and restaurants. The private pool was amazing for our kids. We also loved the nearby hiking trails in Teide National Park, which were just stunning. The whole family had a great time, and we’d love to return!

Had an amazing time here! The villa was beautiful-modern, spacious, and comfortable. We had 8 people, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the beach was only a 15-minute walk away. So many things to do nearby-definitely coming back!

This luxury retreat was perfect for our family vacation! The location was great-just a short walk to Fanabe Beach, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The heated pool was the highlight, and we loved having dinner outside in the shaded area. Highly recommend!
