Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked the villa for a one-week family get-together and were surprised how much room it actually had. The top-floor bedroom with its huge sun terrace became our favourite spot at sunset, while the ground floor gave the teens their own area to hang out. We split our days between the heated pool and Playa del Duque because it was only a few minutes away. The booking process was smooth and we got a few helpful tips about restaurants in Bahia del Duque, which saved us time searching around.

Perfect Escape
Our stay at this home was a perfect escape in Playas del Duque. The private heated pool and proximity to Del Duque beach made it an ideal retreat. The villa's three floors, spacious living areas, and fully equipped kitchen catered to our needs. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it was perfect for a group getaway. The ocean views from the master bedroom's terrace were breathtaking.

Absolutely Stunning!!
We have just returned from staying at this modern & luxury villa, where from the moment you walk through the door you are privileged to be staying in such an amazing home! We had everything we needed for our lovely stay, from comfortable beds, two large fridges and even being provided with pool towels, which you don't find in many rentals and we have stayed in a few in Tenerife over the years. This has to be one of the finest villas to rent on the area, our family had the most relaxing, wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return again, if only to enjoy the stunning beach of Adeje. This is truly five stars *****

Great Stay in a Wonderful Place
We stayed for one week in July and we had a positive experience. The location is great,all interest points are at walking distance. The house itself is of a high quality. Great service .... (we rented a boat to have the great trip on our vacation). Amazing Holiday!!
