Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a family trip with grandparents, kids, and the two of us, and it worked surprisingly well for such a mixed group. The ground-floor bedroom helped a lot for my father who avoids stairs, and the upstairs rooms had plenty of space and their own showers so nobody felt crowded. Most mornings we walked down to La Pinta for a swim, and a couple of nights we cooked at home using the BBQ outside. The pool was warm enough for evening dips too. The property manager gave us some tips on where to eat nearby and helped arrange a quick taxi when we wanted to visit Costa Adeje Golf. Villa was clean, towels changed easily on request, and the whole area felt safe and quiet. Great stay overall.

Really smooth stay from start to finish
We stayed here for a full week with our group of eight (six adults and two kids) and the villa felt big enough for everyone. The AC was a lifesaver in the afternoons and we liked how the lounge opened straight to the pool so the kids could hop in whenever. We used the sofa bed too and it was actually decent. One day we went to Torviscas Beach and another to Siam Park, both super close. Evenings on the balcony were our favourite part, really peaceful for such a central area.

Loved the space and the layout
We came as two couples with two kids and the layout worked perfectly for us. Each bedroom having its own shower made mornings much easier. We walked to La Pinta Beach most days and grabbed food from the little supermarket inside the resort. The terrace was great in the evenings, really calm spot to unwind.

Great spot for a family week
We stayed here as a family of six and loved how easy everything felt. The kids were in the pool nonstop and we liked having the BBQ area for simple dinners. Having the beach and Aqualand so close made the whole week super relaxed.

Beautiful Impressive villa
Plenty of room for three couples to stay in comfort and with enough space for privacy. Well appointed fixtures and fittings, excellent location, close to amenities. Would perhaps benefit from air conditioning, a dishwasher and maybe a barbecue area. (That may just be nit-picking). Veronique was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a fabulous place to stay.

Ticked all the boxes!
We stayed at this charming accommodation for a week of glorious sunshine in early October, a party of five adults and an almost one-year-old. The obvious question is does the reality live up to the photos? The answer is a resounding yes. Inside the rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped (high chair and travel cot provided on request). The kitchen is modern and includes that essential item, a large fridge freezer. Outside there is a spacious and relatively private grassed area around the magnificent pool, which was so inviting (after a chilly first impression) it was rarely empty but so big it was never crowded, even if four or five inflatables were in use. There is a paved area either side of the pool so that the sunshine can be enjoyed at all hours of the day, with 8 sunbeds. And also an outdoor dining area, which was the centre of our world for the week. We ate, drank, listened to music, and played games there till late evening. The property is in easy walking distance of shops and supermarkets (Iceland virtually on the doorstep), bars and cafes, whilst the seafront and beaches are about a 20-minute walk away (but uphill on the way back!). For us, this holiday home certainly ticked all the boxes!

The villa is perfectly situated and has loads of space inside and out, including an amazing swimming pool (bigger than some hotels). We had everything we needed, and perhaps the biggest bonus was the resort manager, Doris, who was super-welcoming, friendly and helpful. We could call her any time with any request, but she didn't impose at all - was only there whenever needed. The villa was also spotlessly clean, and it's within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and beaches.

Very good
The property was impressive especially the pool. I’d give 5 stars if the perimeter fence was replanted with trees or bushes just to keep it private. Barbecue was used however in full view of overlooking properties. The villa is much larger and grander of those around you feel everyone is watching you. Evidence of some tree removal but no replacement. Location, especially with the pool and garden area is exposed to other properties around the area that could very easily be solved. Internally the property is clean and well maintained with few signs of wear and tear. Maintenance was daily and the two chaps were friendly and helpful. Local restraints were good.

Wonderful private villa
Spacious, quiet and neat villa. Excellent choice for anyone who chooses to relax privately and cater for themselves instead of the usual hotel / resort crowds and racket. Helpful and attentive staff. Easy to recommend.

Liked · We had an amazing holidays. This villa is stunning, as on the pictures. Good location with shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and arranged transport to airport for us. Highly recommended!
